General Terms & Conditions These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all business transactions, sales, and services provided by RIYA CONNECT, engaged in dealing with women’s fashion apparels, DIY jewellery raw materials, handmade silk thread bangles, and women handbags. By placing an order or engaging in business with RIYA CONNECT, the customer agrees to be bound by these Terms. 1. Business Scope RIYA CONNECT operates in the following business areas: A. Products Women’s fashion apparels DIY jewellery raw materials Handmade silk thread bangles Women handbags Products may be handmade or sourced from third-party manufacturers. Minor variations in color, design, or finish may occur. B. Services RIYA CONNECT also provides professional Accounting & Compliance Services, including but not limited to: Bookkeeping and accounts maintenance GST registration, returns filing, and compliance General accounting and finance-related support services Accounting services are provided based on information and documents supplied by the client. 2. Orders & Acceptance All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. RIYA CONNECT reserves the right to cancel or modify orders in case of stock unavailability, pricing errors, or unforeseen circumstances. Bulk or customized orders once confirmed cannot be cancelled. 3. Pricing & Payment All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Payments must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing. RIYA CONNECT accepts payments via approved online modes, bank transfer, or other mutually agreed methods. 4. Taxes Applicable taxes, including GST, shall be charged as per prevailing government regulations. Customers are responsible for providing correct billing details for tax compliance. 5. Shipping & Delivery Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to logistics, location, or external factors. Shipping charges, if applicable, will be borne by the customer unless otherwise stated. RIYA CONNECT shall not be liable for delays caused by courier partners or force majeure events. 6. Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations Due to the nature of handmade and customized products, returns or exchanges are generally not accepted. Returns may be considered only in case of damaged or incorrect items received, subject to verification. Any return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with proper proof (photos/videos). 7. Product Quality & Variations Handmade and DIY products may have slight variations in color, texture, or finish, which shall not be considered defects. Product images are for reference purposes only. 8. Intellectual Property All designs, images, logos, and content belonging to RIYA CONNECT are its intellectual property. Unauthorized use, copying, or reproduction is strictly prohibited. 9. Limitation of Liability RIYA CONNECT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its products or services. For accounting and GST-related services, RIYA CONNECT’s responsibility is limited to correct processing based on documents and data provided by the client. RIYA CONNECT shall not be responsible for penalties, interest, or notices arising due to incorrect, incomplete, or delayed information provided by the client. Total liability, if any, shall be limited to the fees paid for the specific product or service. 10. Confidentiality All business communications, pricing, and designs shared are confidential and shall not be disclosed without prior consent. 11. Force Majeure RIYA CONNECT shall not be held responsible for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions. 12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in India. 13. Amendments RIYA CONNECT reserves the right to amend or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. 14. Instagram & Online Order Policy Orders placed through Instagram, WhatsApp, or other online platforms shall be treated as confirmed only after payment confirmation. Customers must carefully review product details, prices, and descriptions before placing orders via DM or chat. Screenshots of order confirmation and payment proof should be retained until order completion. RIYA CONNECT is not responsible for errors arising from incorrect details shared by customers (such as address, phone number, or product selection). 15. Customized Order Policy Customized or made-to-order items include specially designed apparel, customized bangles, color-specific silk thread bangles, personalized handbags, or bulk DIY jewellery kits. Customized orders require 100% advance payment. Once confirmed, customized orders cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged. Production timelines for customized orders may vary depending on design complexity and quantity. Minor variations in handmade customized products are natural and will not be considered defects. 16. Wholesale / Bulk Buyer Terms Wholesale or bulk orders are subject to minimum order quantity (MOQ) as specified by RIYA CONNECT. Prices for wholesale/bulk orders are exclusive of shipping and applicable taxes unless otherwise agreed. Dispatch timelines for bulk orders may be longer than retail orders. No returns, exchanges, or refunds are applicable on wholesale or bulk purchases unless goods are received damaged or incorrect. Any damage or discrepancy in bulk orders must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with proper evidence.
